IMAP or Internet Message access protocol is responsible for fetching the emails from the server and showing them on the screen of the email client. Settings of it are below.

Encryption: SSL
Verizon POP Settings (For Incoming Server)
POP or Post Office Protocol is intended for transferring the emails from the server to the email client. Settings are mentioned below.
POP Server Name: pop.verizon.net
POP Port Number: 995
Encryption: SSL
