Right now, what can you do about the Dallas Fast Home Sale?

No Worrise

It’s a strange phenomenon. No matter how much you are doing, or what kind of life you are living, it always feels like the time for fast food to return is too soon.

Well, Dallas Fast Home Sale fever has arrived yet again this Fall. Fear not β€” there are many more ways to spend time with loved ones while getting a jump on your holiday shopping! Fortunately, some of these ways also just happen to be perfect for filling your stomach at the same time! Here are five fast food-esque events happening in Dallas this October:

1) The Festival Foods Big Taste at Thanksgiving Square is back on October 8th! This event features 60 chefs and plenty of Texas flavors.

2) One of Dallas’s most popular Halloween traditions, the Ancient Order of Hibernians Club runs another Olde Town Caravan from October 21st to 24th.

3) The Epiphany Catholic School becomes a food festival on October 22nd. About a dozen vendors are selling their food selections.

4) The Farmer’s Market at the Stonewall Texas Building is back for one more season on November 1st and 2nd!

5) “Getting Dressed for the Holidays: Coming to the Park” takes place on November 15th at Cowboys Stadium. Proceeds go to Park Place, a mentoring organization that helps young girls with college scholarships, among other programs.

Though this is, in fact, just a recitation of events that will take place in Dallas, there are several other cities also holding fast food-themed festivals this Fall. Philadelphia’s “Strawberry Festival” has been on the calendar since 1995, and it returns on November 9th (pending weather). The Mid-Atlantic area’s popular “Taste of Home” event was held in Washington D.C., Baltimore and Philadelphia from 2007 to 2013. You can also find festivals like “Festival Foods: The Best of Indonesia” in Chicago, or the “Eating Local & Harvest” event in New York City.

Or there are many other options for watching some of your favorite teams play football . . . and eating your favorite sweet treats

The Dallas Fast Home Sale is a major event

The Dallas Fast Home Sale is a major event in the area and takes place in stores throughout Dallas. The idea behind this sale is twofold: to get people to buy more stuff and to get people to enjoy more fast food at the same time. This season, it will take place October 1st through October 31st as usual. The last few days of the event are usually particularly busy for fast food restaurants throughout Dallas — so if you’re looking for a delicious meal, try going out on a Sunday or Monday.

The fact that the Fast Home Sale does still exist after all these years might give rise to some interesting questions about how often families should buy new furniture, clothing and other household items.

Fast Home Sales in Dallas Using This Method

It’s no secret that we’re living in a competitive buyer’s market. With so many homebuyers in the marketplace, homes are selling faster than ever before. Statistics show that if your home has been on the market for less than 30 days, it is considered to be a fast sale β€” under 10 days even better yet! Here are some tips for making sure your Dallas home sells quickly and for the highest possible price:

-Know the average length of time it takes houses to sell in your area. Track how long yours has been on the market. A month or more might be too long to wait if you’re in a hurry to sell.

-Call and ask the agent you met at your open house about their sales experience. You want an agent who has sold a lot of homes recently, and not just one who recently listed one home.

-When you list your home with one agent from an agency, make sure you get a second opinion from another firm if possible. If that isn’t possible, don’t hesitate to search online for other agents in your area who have sold a significant number of homes – they will be more likely to tell you the truth about how long it takes to sell. Don’t pick one based on the number of homes listed for sale.

-Make sure you are absolutely certain about what you want out of a buyer before you list – this is the time to set your terms. Remember that a motivated buyer who has already done their research is going to be more likely to buy your home quickly. Be wary of buyers that want to come over and look at the house, unless they are well qualified and ready to buy on the spot. The more β€œshowings” the property has, the longer it will sit on the market.

Who make unrealistic promises about the price?

-Price it right. Sellers who are unwilling to listen to the advice of their Realtor, or who make unrealistic promises about the price, often find themselves wasting time on a home that could have been bought in an hour at a much lower price.

-Hire a professional photographer to take pictures of your home. The pictures need to be attractive and professional. This will help potential buyers visualize their potential new home! The photos need to be taken before the house is β€œshow ready” for buyers, so that it can be staged with furniture and be ready for showing.

-Add photos to your listing as soon as you can after you list.

Imagine being able to sell your house in Dallas, TX and live anywhere you want in the world. That’s what Anil Bhai Patel can do and he’s been doing it for years.

Patel is a resident of Dallas, Texas who has lived in over 30 different countries since 2007. But the 82-year-old did not have any grand plan or big idea to leave his home country of India behind β€” rather, he simply wanted to retire early from his full-time job as an engineer with a large American oil company.

Patel found that this was easier said than done. Many Texans are very proud of their home state and want to keep it as green as possible, even if that means buying a lot of second-hand materials like sofas and unique pieces of art.

Patel would come in with a property in Texas and price it very low, likely below the appraised value. He would then have an agent find seven people to show his property. However, he refused to list the house with any real estate agents, saying that he “would not trust them ever again.” Bhai Patel then paid for seven 40-second commercials on YouTube showing people enjoying or complaining about the quirky features of his home.

He also had some signs posted to advertise his house: “The modern Indian living in Dallas, Texas with a Dodge Cummins. Nice place to visit but don’t want to live there.”

It appears that the ad worked because Patel received hundreds of calls, many of them from people who thought they were communicating with some prankster instead of an actual seller. Bhai Patel says that the buyers come from around the world, and he gets contacted by people with different interests and lifestyles like those who want to live off-grid or in yurts. But he’s also had buyers wanting to move into totally “normal” American homes. Patel says that one of his daughters is buying a home in Dallas next year.
