How to apply for Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) NOC/License/Consent?

  1. Visit the Regional office, After providing basic project details to the respective regional office, the applicant will receive a unique GPCB ID and PASSWORD.
  2. The industry will log on to the website – http:/gpcbxgn.gujarat.gov.in – using their unique GPCB ID and Password.
  3. Ready ur all documents before uploading to the system, scan and convert all related documents to PDF format and produce soft copies of all papers.
  4. Select “Upload” from the drop-down menu. Only the information that has been” marked previously will be displayed. Now, from the FILE column, upload the relevant documents. All red boxes should turn green if documents are uploaded correctly.
  5. In the case that any information is missing or incomplete, the applicant will be notified through SMS (Query). Within the time frame specified, the query must be completed and responded to.
  6. The industry will prepare a Demand Draft (D.D.) for the amount of processing fees upon receipt of the application. D.D.’s information must be entered into the XGN.
  7. Then there are two sets of print copies of the XGN-generated application form, as well as print copies of all the submitted documents and the original application form to the concerned regional office of the Board.
